Shaykh Muqbil ibn Hadee al-Waadi’ee: I advise with abstaining from attending the lectures, gatherings and mosques of the hizibs and likewise their ‘Eid prayer. Even if there are only two people present to pray with you, pray upon the Sunnah without hizbis and innovators controlling you. Praise solely belongs to Allah for the Sunnah has spread to many parts of Yemen. So I say to you: “Die in your rage!” [Surah al-Imran 3:119].
We will continue to stay away from your mosques and places of prayer until you return to the Sunnah, and until you act upon the hadith of the Messenger of Allah; “The people should be led in prayer by the one who has most knowledge of the Book of Allah; if they are equal in that, then by the one who has most knowledge of the Sunnah.”
